With an extensive career spanning 20 years in the QA field, Martijn has evolved from his beginnings as an Agile QA automation engineer to assuming diverse QA leadership roles for the past 8 years. He works as an Advisory QA Director at Cerios, helping organisations strengthen quality at scale through practical strategy, coaching, and a holistic quality mindset across teams.

Martijn actively engages with the QA community, participating in meetups and conferences, where his insights resonate with peers. In recent years, he has taken to international conference stages, where he passionately shares his experience from the trenches.
